Allocation of Resources

Better allocation of resources, I have personally experienced 2x to 3x deputies at minor issues causing lack of available units to respond when needed.

Discrimination Accountability

Remove all forms of discrimination including but not limited to age, race and religion. (This will be done by policy and accountability)

Explore my vision on

Implement Master Licensed

Implement Master Licensed part-time and or reserve deputies as needed to better staff/fill peak periods. (Harris County Sheriff, Metro Police, and most Constables have some form of this today.)

Civilian Police Academy

Better publicize civilian police academy already in place to get more involvement.
(Utilizing public media, social media and flyers)

Community Oriented Policing

Implement Community Oriented Policing (COPS) from DOJ with community meetings, and civilian interaction/representation.
